Life Coaching
A life coach helps you better realize your personal and professional potential. You find your inner truths, gain new perspectives, and focus on the areas of your life that matter most to you. Your coach provides support, encouragement, and the accountability to put your plans into action. You will be amazed at what we can accomplish together.
When I work one-on-one with a client, we meet each week by phone or in person, and you
have the opportunity to look at what parts of your life you wish to improve. We often make use of tools, including assessments and several unique life and professional wheels. By the end of each session, you will have one or more assignments, or action plans, which you commit to completing by the following week. For many, the accountability to a coach helps them to take steps that they might not otherwise push themselves to take.
Coaching is highly effective for parents wanting to learn new tools for handling issues with children or improving their communication skills. Coaching also benefits couples who would like to improve their relationship, and groups of people with a similar agenda who wish to work together toward a common goal.
