Could there be a job any more rewarding, or any more challenging, than being a
mother?  For most moms, probably not.  Yet it can be so difficult to be the moms we
want to be, and to keep sight of who we are as individuals at the same time.

Sometimes it's hard for moms to find a real sense of balance.  We give so much to
our children and our families, and the to-do list may seem a mile long.  When we feel
like there are so many things that we “should” be getting done, it can be difficult to
give ourselves permission to take the time we need to care for and nurture ourselves.
The future belongs
to those who believe
in the beauty of their
dreams.

Just for Moms
As a mother of two, I understand the challenges of being a mom.  I also understand
that inside every mother is a unique woman with her own goals and dreams – a woman
who often gets hidden beneath our other roles.  Yet this woman’s needs are important
too, and a mom who addresses these needs will often feel more satisfaction and
fulfillment than one who doesn’t.

How often do you find yourself thinking any of the following?

If only there were more hours in the day, I could get everything done.
I should be spending more quality time with my children.
I wish someone would take care of ME for a change.
I’d like to do more for myself, but there's just not enough time / money.
I really could use some help, but I feel guilty asking.
I can’t seem to make my routines work.
I feel like my life has gotten in a rut.

If any of these sound familiar, and if you're at a place in your life where you feel ready to devote the time and energy necessary to make meaningful changes, then working
with a coach might be for you
.

As we address whatever issues are most important to you, you can expect to see
meaningful changes begin to take place in your life.  Please call me to schedule a
complimentary session at your convenience, to see what a difference coaching can
make in your life.

While some moms prefer the individual attention, convenience and flexibility of
one-on-one coaching, others enjoy group coaching.  For these women, I offer a
six-week program designed just for mothers.

Entitled the
M.O.M. Balance Workshop, it gives you the opportunity to work
with a coach in a group setting. You will look at ways to become the mom you really
want to be, while keeping sight of who you are as an individual at the same time.  For
more specific information, please see the
Workshops page.
